With a bit of warmth in the air, here in Orkney last week, I planted some of our potatoes, having first checked that all the malachite crystals to Light charge the soil were still in place to the four corners of the plot. Our veggie plots here in Orkney have since been covered in snow and now 24 hours of freezing rain but I'm sure the warmer weather will return soon!
