Meditation Change

Quick meditation update to let you know that the timing of tomorrow’s meditation 31/08/23 has changed from from 8pm BST to 12 noon BST. This meditation is for peace, healing and heart connection with a particular focus to all affected by flooding and wildfires, perhaps needed more than ever, as Hurricane Idalia continues to strengthen as it heads towards Florida’s Gulf Coast.

This one off change, hopefully, may enable more of you to connect in from other parts of the globe where the timing of our usual meditations may not always be so accessible. Full details of how to join us can be found in Tuesday’s post, 29/08/23.

This Weeks Meditations

There are two meditations this week, tonight Tuesday 29/07/23 and Thursday 31/07/23 both through 8pm BST.  Tonight we return to our focus:

'To send strength, healing and angelic support to all those grieving loss across our beautiful Earth Mother .’

This meditation, will use a Pure Grace Heart, four turquoise, four rose aura and eight angel aura, as shown below. This combination helps to ease the energies of grief at both a personal and planetary level, whatever their root cause, encouraging heart connection.

The focus for Thursday’s peace meditation is:

'To send peace, healing and the strength of heart connection to the Earth and her inhabitants.' 

This meditation will use the beautiful heart shaped chunk of rose quartz shown below and has a particular focus to all affected by wildfires or flooding across the globe.

Glen Isla

We’ve just returned from a trip south taking our youngest daughter back to university in Dundee, gifting us with a few days in beautiful Glen Isla, on the south eastern flanks of the Cairngorm mountain range. As always, these journeys south afford many crystal planting opportunities, some of which I'll be sharing over the next couple of weeks.

Meditation For Peace and Harmony

There will be just one meditation next week, on Thursday, 24th August 2023, through 8PM BST, with the focus:

'To send peace, healing, harmony and balance to the Earth and her inhabitants.’

This meditation will use the beautiful  rose quartz healing cairn and associated crystals, here at Old Nisthouse in Orkney.

Thursday Peace Meditation

Tonight's Thursday Peace Meditation, 17/08/23, through 8pm BST, returns to our focus: 

'To send peace, strength and heart connection to the lands and people of all affected by war, conflict, environmental or natural disaster.'  

For this meditation we will once again use the beautiful crystal configuration shown below, comprised of a Pure Grace Heart, four rose aura and four angel aura.

This Weeks Meditations

There will be two Crystal Earth Meditations this week, tonight Tuesday 15/08/23 and Thursday 17/08/23, both through 8pm BST.   

Tonight we return to our monthly focus:

'To bring greater harmony and balance to the Earth's energy field.'

This meditation is in response to the high levels of manmade negative electromagnetic radiation swamping our planet at this time.

We continue with our new combination of crystals for this focus, comprised of a Pure Grace Heart, four copper tumble stones, four pyrite and eight angel aura.

This set of crystals, shown below, serve to help release and rebalance the high levels of EMF negativity across the globe as well as facilitating greater acknowledgement of this invisible, growing threat to the health and wellbeing of all.

This event will use will use the beautiful heart shaped chunk of rose quartz shown below. Please feel welcome to join us from wherever you are based across the globe. 

Simply sit in a quiet place, through the allotted time. Let go of all your own worries and concerns, and then use the words and image of the crystal as a positive focus in meditation, positive thought, or prayer. The crystal will be ignited for twenty minutes from 7.50pm to 8.10pm BST and can be tuned into for all or part of that time.

Aura Plantings

Yesterday's beautiful meditation used a Pure Grace Heart, aqua, rose and angel aura crystals to help enhance spiritual connection, unconditional love, heart connection and angelic support.

These empowering energies are much required at this time of  planetary change and transition and the many challenges that can bring. Planting aura crystals into the Earth further grounds and expands the availability of these energies to all, in turn helping to support our beautiful Earth mother.

Tonight’s meditation, 8/08/23 through 8pm BST, celebrates the beautiful energy of Lions Gate, a key date in the astrological calendar for personal and planetary transformation and positive manifestation.

This event will focus on drawing in the energies of unconditional love, heart connection and angelic support to all open to receive. The crystal configuration for this meditation is shown below, combining a  Pure Grace Heart  four aqua aura, four rose aura and eight angel aura crystals.

I’m currently working on the finishing touches of the projects first book which is due to come out earlier next year, as well as pulling together the various strands of our growing body of work to strengthen the Earth’s planetary body. 

Drawing different aspects of the work together and looking back over more than twenty years of planting records, as well as planning future projects and crystal placements is always a very humbling experience. It is such a joy to action this work and feel empowered to make a positive difference in these times of great uncertainty and change.

Full Moon Meditation

With Venus in retrograde, and our regular Tuesday meditation, tonight, 1/08/23, coinciding with a super full moon, we offer the opportunity to take the time to focus on gratitude for all the good things in our lives and release all that no longer serves us and those around us.
