World Oceans Day

Today is World Oceans Day, so it felt timely to post a reminder of the beauty of ocean jasper and its holistic uses in strengthening our oceans and the life forms within them. 

For many moons the project has run a monthly inner Crystal Earth Healing Meditation based around this theme, using a beautiful ocean jasper sphere as a central focus in combination with other crystals. We have also been actioning and encouraging the planting of ocean jasper across the globe for several years. Programmed to strengthen life forms within the rock pools or tidal zones to which they are placed, most of this work has so far been to the coastal waters of the UK.

Other work to strengthen and purify our oceans has been the placement of specially programmed Pure Grace Hearts to global coastal waters across the planet and the placement of programmed apple auras to support areas of seagrass renewal.

June Meditation Update

For last night's first Tuesday of the month Earth Healing Meditation I was prompted to add four beautiful rose aura to the central Pure Grace Heart. With the programming remaining the same:

this felt to be an upping of the energy of this event, as we and our beautiful planet continue to physically and energetically transform.

Snow Quartz

Snow quartz is the stone of nurturance and can be worn, carried placed in the home, or planted, to bring a gentle sustaining light to its bearer or area of placement. Also known as the 'milk of the Earth' it is common  across the globe and is very prevalent here in Perthshire, Scotland where it is found in the soil, in the walls of buildings, in drystone dykes and out on the mountains or on the riversides.

It has felt particularly key since our move south and today is being prepared for a garden healing cairn, for the relaunch of Starlight Crystals, and the reactivation of a crystal planting project I began in May 2024 as we were travelling south from Orkney to our new home.

Below it is shown in its tumbled form, as a larger natural piece destined for the cairn, and as lower quality pieces found on recent walks and travels.

Puck's Glen

As we enter the first few days of the new moon energy, it felt good to begin to share more details of the beautiful crystal planting work actioned this spring. 

The second crystal planting of our trip to the Loch Fyne area of Scotland, in March, was to the stunning and ethereal Puck's Glen. This deep woodland gorge with cascading waterfalls and an abundance of ferns and mosses is a magical place, linked to many tales of mischievous woodland spirits.

Beautiful celestite dust, made by respectfully crushing celestite pieces, was scattered intuitively down the length of the glen. Programmed to enhance the energy of elemental life, bringing light support and strengthening energy to a myriad of elemental light streams, it felt perfect for this stunning location.

Our regular Crystal Earth Healing Meditation programme continues through to the end of May.

May Update

It’s been a busy start to the month, with little chance to write or post, so it’s lovely to find time and space again for both.

With the slightly warmer weather we are beginning to plan days out further a field which always seem to come with great opportunities to crystal plant. In the meantime I’m looking forward to sharing more of the work actioned from our travels in early April.

Our beautiful Crystal Earth Healing Meditations will continue throughout the rest of May with public events three times a week and plenty of other planetary meditation work going on behind the scenes. Further details to come.

As I continue to work on the projects book, other writing opportunities are arising to share the Earth healing potential of crystals more widely which feels inspiring. In addition, with interest in the work growing, I’m hoping to be able to expand the offerings on the website and also look to reopening Crystal Earthworks sister site Starlight Crystals shortly.

Happy Beltane!

Happy Beltane, or if you are in the southern hemisphere Happy Samhain!

Today’s energy is particularly potent as this year, this key point in the cosmic calendar, coincides with a Full Moon in Scorpio. 

Crystal Earthworks is marking this key portal of transformation with the opening of a special set of crystals for four hours, from 4pm to 8pm BST today, through the time of the full moon at 18.23 BST.

The beautiful configuration, shown below, is comprised of a Pure Grace Heart to the centre surrounded by four apple aura and four rose aura. To the outer circle there are four sunshine aura, four moonstone and eight angel aura.

Green Tremolite Heart

I was recently grifted the opportunity to purchase this beautiful tremolite heart. The key to tremolite is in its name  -  'a bringer of light to the tremors within’. It is a powerful crystal for healing layers of trauma and bringing about greater emotional balance through connection of the heart, crown and root chakras. I originally obtained it for my personal use but when it arrived yesterday I had a strong feeling it was perhaps destined for Crystal Earthworks and for use in planetary healing meditation work for healing held trauma to the Earth and at a collective level.

After cleansing overnight for 12 hours, in water - always good to action with any new purchases - it is basking in the late April sunlight here in Perthshire, Scotland.

Rose Quartz and Earth Day

I hope you all had a beautiful Earth Day and felt into your own ways to feel empowered to make a positive and sustainable difference to our amazing planet.

In line with Crystal Earthworks theme of Peace I wore, and still am wearing, the beautiful rose quartz pendant shown below to enhance my own ability to hold peace for myself and others in the challenging times we all face. Four rose quartz aura were added to our regular Wednesday Pure Grace Heart Meditation that day, to enhance Global Peace. In addition I chose the beautiful chunk of rose quartz, also shown below, to plant alongside a recently restored local wall line. Programmed to bring peace, healing and positive growth this crystal is being placed to support rose, hawthorn and bramble uprooted and then replanted during this work.

This week’s meditations

There will be three meditations this week, tonight, Tuesday 21/04/26 through 8PM, tomorrow, Wednesday 22/04/26 through noon, and Thursday, 23/04/26 through 8pm, all BST times. 

Tonight’s event will be a change from our usual programme and will use the beautiful garnierite (green moonstone) heart shown below programmed:

At a personal level this beautiful crystal, sometimes known as ‘The stone of the Goddess’ helps to settle emotional hurt and heal the heart, as well as connecting deeper into Divine Feminine empowerment. The theme for Earth Day 2026 is 'Our Power, Our Planet’ and is about feeling empowered to make a positive difference for all, both as individuals and collectively and to action that empowerment. Making changes in our everyday lives to reduce and green up our energy consumption, to reuse, repair and reduce our consumption of goods, to share resources  and to invest our time, energy and money in sustainability and with the health and well being of the planet at the centre of all our decision making has the power to make a huge difference.

One of our biggest challenges in the present moment is securing Global Peace. Taking the theme of personal empowerment and action, Crystal Earthworks is encouraging everyone to focus on bringing greater peace into their lives, the lives of those around them and at a planetary level.

New Moon Meditation

This evening 17/04/26 we have the third of our New Moon Year of the Fire Horse Meditations, marking today's new moon in Aries.

These events use the beautiful crystal configuration shown below comprised of a Pure Grace Heart and four sunset aura to the centre, with four wild horse jasper hearts with four rose aura beyond, and four rainbow moonstone and eight angel aura around the inner placement, with a focus on:

 ‘New beginnings and ways of being for the greater good of all.'

Tree Moving

We were given the gift of an apple tree on the allotment recently which was found to be growing intertwined with a willow. After separating the two, with minimal disturbance to both, we planted the apple to our allotment and then took the willow and a sapling off our own plot up to the community woodland where they were both replanted.

Rose quartz programmed to veil peace, healing and positive growth was placed to each of the trees. The crystals were planted into the bottom of the hole dug for each of the willows and to the base of the already replanted apple tree under the lifted and replaced turf.

It felt very beautiful to give these trees the potential of continued growth and to be able to enhance this potential using the rose quartz.

This Week's Meditations

Planting for Peace

The first crystal planted on our beautiful trip away to Argyll was a Rose Heart of Light for Peace and Healing, placed to the earth in the vicinity of Old Castle Lachlan. This ruined 15th century fortress on the banks of Loch Fyne is an atmospheric place made all the more dramatic by a mix of sunshine and hail showers whilst we were visiting.

A former stronghold of the Clan Maclachlan, as with all castles it holds many layers of history and happenings. On placement and ignition of the crystal, the sun shone, a weight lifted and and it felt as if the castle remains and land in the vicinity were being healed of any negative imprints and the castle in turn was becoming an anchor and stronghold of peace. It was a very beautiful and moving experience.

Spring Update

Thank you to everyone who has been connecting into the meditations over the last couple of weeks, its such a simple yet powerful way to work and bless all with much needed peace, healing and positivity.

As the weather begins to improve here in Scotland and increasing signs of spring emerge I’ve been getting out crystal planting again and I’m looking forward to sharing some of this work in the coming days.

Ostara 2026

 We celebrate the festival of Ostara today, the Spring Equinox here in the Northern Hemisphere, and the Autumn Equinox in the Southern Hemisphere with a special meditation.

The beautiful set of crystals shown below, comprised of five Pure Grace Hearts, four rose aura, four chrysotile in serpentine, and eight angel aura, will be open for twenty minutes this afternoon through 14.45 GMT, the time of the equinox.

Programmed to bless all connecting to them, and the Earth in its entirety, with greater harmony, balance and awakening to positive change and new possibilities for all, this configuration mirrors the beautiful energies available to us as at this moment in time.

International Womens Day

 Today, 8/03/26, we mark International Women’s Day, and the launch in 2008, of the beautiful Pure Grace Heart crystals.

These specially programmed selenite hearts, which bring the beauty of purity, flow and gentle nurturance through connection to the Divine Feminine, have played a key part in the project's work over the last eighteen years.
