Our meditations this week are tonight Tuesday 11/05/21 and Thursday 13/05/21, both through 8pm BST. The focus for Tuesday is our meditation:
'To bring greater harmony and balance to the Earth's energy field.'
This meditation uses the beautiful combination of a Pure Grace Heart, four copper tumble stones and four angel aura, as shown below, and is in response to the high levels of negative electromagnetic radiation swamping our planet at this time.
On Thursday, we focus once more on sending peace, healing and heart connection to the Earth and her inhabitants using the Pure Grace Heart, rose and angel aura combination also shown below. This meditation will focus once again on the lands and people of India.
To join in either of these meditations from where ever you are based across the globe, simply sit in peace, in a quiet place, through the allotted time. Let go of all your own worries and concerns, and then use the words and image of the crystals as a positive focus in meditation, positive thought or prayer.
Each and every connection empowers the healing effect of the meditations and Thursday's meditation also connects all participant's to a deeper sense of peace and wellbeing, at a personal level.
