Meditation For Strength

Our Crystal Earth Meditations this week, will be tonight, Tuesday 19/05/20, and Friday 22/05/20, both through 8pm BST. 
Tonight we return to our focus from Earth Day 2020:

'To strengthen the planetary body of the Earth and all who inhabit her.'

This meditation will use the beautiful plancheite crystal shown below in combination with four Pure Grace Hearts and will be repeated monthly over the next year.

The focus for Friday will be posted later in the week.
All are welcome to join us from where ever you are based across the globe, with every connection empowering the healing effect of each meditation.

To connect in, simply sit in peace, in a quiet place, through the allotted time. Let go of all your own worries and concerns, and then use the words and image of the crystals as a positive focus in meditation, positive thought or prayer.
