This Weeks Meditations

There will be three Crystal Earth Meditations this week. Our usual weekly meditations are tonight Tuesday 20th April, and Thursday 22nd April, both through 8pm BST. In addition, there will be a special meditation through 12 noon in celebration of 'Earth Day' on Thursday. These meditations are open to all.

Tonight we return to our focus:

'To strengthen the immunity of the Earth and her inhabitants, and bring greater harmony and balance to all.'

This meditation will once again use the beautiful combination of a Pure Grace Heart (flow of the Divine feminine), labradorite (immunity) and chrysoprase (harmony and balance) as shown below.

On Thursday we return to our focus:

'To send peace, healing and the strength of heart connection to the Earth and her inhabitants.'

This meditation will use the beautiful heart shaped chunk of rose quartz shown below and is dedicated to all those who have lost loved ones over the past year in connection with the pandemic and beyond.

It is in memory of my lovely cousin, Pat who passed away on the 22/04/20 as a result of Covid and her brave husband of fifty years, Phil, who has shown great strength through an incredibly challenging year.

Details of our Earth Day meditation will be posted on Thursday.

To connect in, to any of these meditations simply sit in peace, in a quiet place, through the allotted time, let go of all your own worries and concerns, and then use the words and image of the crystals as a positive focus in meditation, positive thought or prayer.
