Crystal Earth Meditation Tonight

The focus for tonight's meditation as we approach the end of 2011 is:

'To send peace and healing across the globe and beyond.'

Very windy day here in Orkney but managed to plant these beautiful Blue Lace Agate crystals.

There will be three special meditations during the Christmas festivities, on Christmas Eve 24th December through 3pm GMT, Christmas Day 25th December through 12pm GMT and Boxing Day 26th December through 3pm GMT.

Meditation for all who are Homeless

In the run up to Christmas, in the UK, there have been many news articles and fund raising projects to help those who are homeless on the streets of our cities and towns. Many, many, more remain homeless across the globe as a result of flooding, famine, earthquakes, war and political change and unrest. Tonight's meditation, is to help all without a home at this time, with a focus:

'To send peace, strength of heart and positive connections, to all those who are homeless across the Globe'

Crystal Planting Trip to Central Scotland

Jennifer Mole and I had an amazing trip to Fortingall in central Scotland recently, with many crystal plantings achieved and many moving experiences. Some of the sites visited were the ancient Yew Tree in the church yard in Fortingall, standing stones in the area, the Praying Hands of Mary and Ben Lawers.

We planted aura crystals in various combinations, Pure Grace Selenite Hearts in connection with blue lace agate and chrysoc0lla and two Sacred Matrix sets as well as a Pure Grace Heart for coastal waters from the harbour wall in Stonehaven, on the way there from Aberdeen.

Meditation for Children Tonight

The focus for tonight's Crystal Earth Meditation is:

Leap Of Faith

I spoke to someone recently who, having been very skeptical about the potential of crystals, had started wearing a programmed amethyst to protect them from negative environmental energies.

After only a few days, they had literally had a leap of faith, as they felt so much more energised and positive, having been freed from the effects of the negative energy soup of the urban environment in which they were living.

They are now keen to plant programmed pyrite to nearby pylons and mobile phone masts and to look at other ways of using crystals to positive environmental effect.

This is what Crystal Earthworks is all about - giving people the opportunity, education and empowerment to use crystals in an informed way to make a positive difference to their health and the health of others and to begin to heal our energy challenged planet.

Planting For Release

Stayed in a supposedly haunted Manor House at the weekend and felt prompted to take the crystals for Release.

Our first night there felt quite strange and nobody slept well. Planted the site with the crystals at around 8pm the next night and had an image of a child returning to the Light with its parents on either side. The whole atmosphere in our room and the older part of the building felt far more flowing after the planting as if an energy of tension and frustration had been released and everyone slept well that night.

I have subsequently read that a child has been heard crying in room six 6, (we stayed in room 7) and a woman seemingly searching for her son, has been heard and seen by staff at various times upstairs in the house. Customers have also smelt the scent of tobacco in room 4 and had a feeling of being watched or followed.

Meditations for Sea life In Distress

We have begun a new series of Crystal Meditations, on the first day of each month, focusing on sea life in distress. The crystals are opened through 12 pm for twenty four hours with the following focus:

'To send healing to all sea life in distress'

These meditations will use the snow quartz cairn in the garden at Old Nisthouse, Harray, Orkney, surrounded by four Agate Turritella shown below.

Meditation for Bees

Tonight's Crystal Earth Meditation is a continuation of our work to help bees across the planet.

As many of you will know bees have been suffering a dramatic reduction in numbers across the planet in recent years with potentially dramatic consequences for all of us if this decline is not reversed. There are many people across the Globe doing fantastic work to help reverse this trend, as well as increase public awareness of the current plight of bees and its planetary significance.

This meditation will be repeated every other month throughout 2011. The focus is:

' To send strength to bees across the Globe'

Peace and Healing

I was asked the other day how to bring peace and healing to an area with a history of trauma. It is really very simple - rose quartz is the key and you use appropriately programmed fist sized chunks to grid the area. Crystal Earthworks can provide these sets ready programmed or better still you can learn to programme your own through one of our courses or from the projects forth coming book 'Crystal Clear'.

Planting Ward Hill, Hoy

Planted a beautiful Sacred Matrix Set and Aqua Aura point to Ward Hill on Hoy, the highest point in Orkney last week. Walked most of the way in the mist but the hills cleared at the end with a spectacular sunset. The Sacred Matrix Sets can be planted alone but an Aqua Aura point enhances the overall energy and feels right to use at an increasing number of sites.

Animal Healing

We have just taken on two more hamsters whilst friends are on holiday. They arrived together in one cage but have rapidly had to be separated with the larger male behaving very aggressively to the smaller one.
I have just placed rose quartz in their cages to bring peace and healing to them.
Although different crystals resonate with different animals, rose quartz is safe and beneficial to all animals and can be placed in the animals cage, bed or sleeping area taking care that there is no danger of the animal swallowing the crystal.
Don't forget to cleanse the rose quartz first overnight in water and thereafter weekly! If you want to empower the action of the crystal hold it in your right palm after cleansing and ask that it bring peace and healing to the animal it is for - Horace the hamster, Toby the cat, Herbie the dog.
Rough cut ( check for sharp edges) or polished pieces can be used and the size depends on the size of the animal.
With small furry animals take care to remove the crystal for cleansing before changing the bedding - our compost heap has been blessed with rose quartz for the hamsters too many times!

Sacred Matrix and Aura Triangle Plantings

For a while now, we have been planting these special combinations of amethyst for cleansing, Rose Hearts of Light for heart connection and Aqua Aura for spiritual connection to empower key energy points on Earth. These points may be widely recognised, or less renowned, yet equally important in cleansing and enhancing the planets energy. Crystal Earthworks Book

Great news last week about the book I am writing for the Crystal Earthworks. Many of the chapters now complete and the publisher has confirmed they wish to honour the contract - almost there!

Seizing the moment

What to say? I have been blessed with the painful lesson of not following my intuition or listening and not responding to that inner voice too many times now to not say - learn from my mistakes. With crystal planting this is key. I have just been writing about this for the up and coming book - if you feel prompted to plant a crystal or crystals - don't delay - the healing it can bring to our energy challenged planet and all who inhabit her is immense. Just ensure you are planting in an informed way and trust if you have an opportunity, that it is just that and take it!

'To send healing to all sea life in distress, with a particular focus to New Zealand in light of of the recent oil spill there and to the sperm whale currently in Kirkwall harbour, Orkney'

A Quick Note

I was talking to a fellow crystal planter today and they were kindly offering to promote the work of Crystal Earthworks in their area, saying that when they were feeling down, stuck or overwhelmed by world events, the simple act of planting crystals always made them feel so much better and that they were truly making a difference. Interestingly I had been writing along similar lines just before this conversation, for the book I am working on for the project.

This friend described the true beauty of crystal planting - empowerment to help heal our planet and those in need through the informed yet simple action of placing a crystal or crystals to the earth. It is easy to action, inexpensive, open to all and amazingly effective.

I feel truly blessed to have the gift of taking this work forward and send out my heartfelt thanks, to all those of you out there planting crystals, for the benefit of those in need and our beautiful yet increasingly challenged planet.

New Planting Records

Fantastic set of crystal planting records for the UK just received from Jennifer in Banff, Scotland. The work was completed over the summer months and included aura plantings to Leeds, York, Cambridge, Holy Island and London, Coastal Pure Grace Hearts to Berwick Upon Tweed and Holy Island and a Pure Strength Set to Woodhouse Park in Leeds. Crystal Planting Trip North West Scotland

Just had an amazing couple of days in North West Scotland crystal planting. Spectacular sunrise on ferry across from Orkney marked the begining of a very mild and misty day in the mountains.

Crystals were planted to the summit of Ben Hope with very little view apart from on the lower slopes - great walk though! The next day planted Balnakeil church and surrounding area, Strathnaver Museum and St Marys Chapel at Crosskirk near Scrabster.

Some of the crystals used were personal others were part of the global aura planting project (see Community Planting Page of website) and a Pure Source set was used to the cairn at St Marys Chapel.

I had hoped to get out Cape Wrath but weather and lack of numbers for the ferry scuppered this - obviously not the right time to go! Hoping to try again for this next year as the season for visits is over now.

Thank you to all those of you who joined in on Wednesday night with the meditation for children. It is the first time I have used the Fairy Cross crystals in this way and it felt a very powerful combination with the Celestite and one to repeat on a monthly basis.

The Grace Project

Today is the third birthday of 'The Grace Project.'

The focus of this part of the Crystal Earthworks work is with children, to inspire them towards a greater respect for and connection with the Earth and to teach them how best to care for our natural heritage through positive action and the use of crystals.

Future plans include a children's relaxation and meditation CD and a Children's Guide to Crystals, whilst current development work includes a crystal based adventure story and interactive children's pages on the new website hoped to be up and running by next spring.

Planting for World Peace on 11/9/11

As part of the Global Planting for World Peace Initiative on 11/9/11, I planted the beautiful heart shaped rose quartz crystal shown below to the Whale Bone at Birsay in Orkney.

The whale bone marks the place where a whale was stranded and the planting of the crystal here felt to be a communication of peace to passing whales. This energy of peace will then be webbed around the globe as passing whales continue on their journeys ocean wide.

Planting for World Peace

The 10th anniversary of 9/11 will also be marked by a Planting for World Peace event.

To join in where ever you are across the globe, please simply take a piece of rose quartz, of any size, cleanse it by soaking overnight in a glass, or glass bowl of water or rinsing it under running water, pat dry and plant it to the earth focusing on peace.

Thank you for this simple yet powerful action.
