Crystal Earthworks planting work to help heal the 'Witch Wound’ began around this time of year in 2023 in Orkney. A couple of weeks ago I had the opportunity to action a similar planting in Edinburgh to the castle esplanade the site of many painful and unjust deaths in the name of ‘witchcraft’ during the 16th to 18th centuries.
A rose quartz heart and crushed selenite were programmed for Earth Healing Release and placed to the site. The heart was placed below the 'Witches Well’. This is a moving memorial on wall at the edge of the esplanade to all those persecuted during this dark period of history. The selenite was then scattered across the esplanade and the combination of crystals ignited from the centre of the site with a simple call to the Light.

Rose quartz heart Before actioning the planting I had felt a deep sense of sadness and heaviness in the air but on placing the crystals the wind picked up and on ignition those feelings lifted, the sun came out and the energy around felt much lighter and freer. This way of working is incredibly humbling and moving to action, a true blessing of Light.  The site after planting |
