This Week's Meditations

 We return to our three regular meditations this week, tonight Tuesday 1/04/25 through 8PM, tomorrow Wednesday 2/04/25 through noon and Thursday 3/04/25 through 8pm, all BST times. 

As tonight’s event coincides with the first of the month we will be using the beautiful garnierite (green moonstone) heart shown below programmed:

‘To bring greater harmony, balance and nurturance to the Earth and her inhabitants.’

At a personal level this beautiful crystal, sometimes known as ‘The stone of the Goddess’ helps to settle emotional hurt and heal the heart, as well as connecting deeper into Divine Feminine empowerment. On a planetary level it enables us to tune into, and co-create, all that is required for a sustainable future for all, to garnish our lives with all attuned to heart led flow.

As always, please feel welcome to join us from where ever you are based across the globe, with every connection empowering the healing effect of the meditation both at a personal and planetary level.

To connect in simply sit in peace, in a quiet place, through the allotted time, let go of all your own worries and concerns, and then use the words and image of the crystal as a positive focus in meditation, positive thought or prayer. The crystal will be ignited for twenty minutes from 7.50pm to 8.10pm GMT and can be tuned into for all or part of that time. If you are in a different time zone please feel able to connect into the energy of the meditation at a time to suit you.
