Winter Solstice Meditation

Tonight's meditation feels special as it marks the winter solstice here in Orkney and thus a turning point in planetary energy. The focus for tonight, 8pm GMT is a continuation of our December meditations for peace:

'To send peace to all whom inhabit the Earth at this time.'

This meditation will use a heart shaped chunk of rose quartz.
