To connect into its healing energies at both a personal and planetary level, simply sit in peace in a quiet place, let go of all your own worries and concerns, and then use the words and image of the crystal as a positive focus in meditation, positive thought, or prayer.
The cairn can be used in this way to send healing at a global level or to a community, region or country of your choosing.
Each and every connection empowers the healing effect of the cairn, as well as bringing to a deeper sense of personal peace, harmony and balance.
