Crystal Earth Meditation

The focus for this weeks Crystal Earth Meditation, 14/11/19 through 8PM GMT, is to help all in distress across the globe using the amethyst cairn here at Old Nisthouse, Orkney. The third of a set of three, this week we have a particular focus to all those affected by flooding or wildfire.
All are welcome to join us, from wherever you are based across the globe, by simply visualising the image of the cairn shown below through the allotted time.
The cairn can be also be connected to at any time in meditation, positive thought or prayer to help others in need. Your focus may be at a personal, community or planetary level and be people, animal, plant or Earth related.
