Tonight's meditation, through 8pm BST focuses on using the amethyst cairn here at Old Nisthouse, Orkney, to send help to all in distress across the globe. Hope you can join us in meditation, positive thought or prayer from where ever you are based by visualising the image below.
The cairn currently remains open with this focus at all times, and can be used to send healing at a planetary level or to focus on a particular community, region, life form, ecosystem or biome by connecting as given, at any time.
