Tonights Meditation

The focus for tonights meditation is:

'To send peace, healing and the strength of angelic connection to all  who have been caught in the path of hurricane Sandy.'

Meditation to Heal the Earths Aura

The focus of tonight's Crystal Earth Meditation, Wednesday 17th October, 2012 is :

'To heal the aura of the Earth, repairing tears to her energy and bringing greater peace, flow and harmony to Mother Earth and all her inhabitants.'

This meditation will use chrysocolla malachite and rose quartz crystals and is being repeated monthly through out 2012. As a positive focus please imagine the Earth as a chrysocolla malachite orb, with rose quartz above below and to either side. An image of these types of crystals is shown below. Rainbows In Orkney

There have been an incredible number of rainbows in Orkney in recent days. The one below was photographed on the West mainland from Evie beach, looking out to Rousay and Eynhallow - the Holy Isle, a few days ago.

Crystal focus for those in distress across the Globe

There are so many individuals, communities and regions requiring help across the globe at this time, that it can feel overwhelming as to who to focus on, when asking for, or meditating to send, strength to others in need.  This is a reminder that Crystal Earthworks, has at Old Nisthouse, here in Orkney, a crystal cairn set up with specially programmed crystals beneath, to send help to all in distress across the globe. 

Any one can contribute to this healing work, by simply connecting to this cairn through visualisation or prayer at any time, from anywhere. Even a few moments helps to empower the energy, thus action of the crystals, empowering each of us to make a positive difference across the globe.

Earth Connection

 Out walking this morning, I had a reminder of how important it is for us all, in our busy lives, to take time to be still and peaceful outside on a regular basis, even if its only for a few moments at a time. 

We are blessed here in Orkney with many wonderful walks but one of my favourites is up on the moorland behind our house, where you can often walk for miles without seeing anyone. I spent a short while up there today, simply lying in the heather in the sunshine and allowed myself to completely relax onto the ground beneath me. In doing this, I had a real sense of Earth connection, as I felt my energy merging with the land below, bringing a feeling of renewal and support as well as a true reminder of the interconnectedness of all things.

For how are we ever to heal our beautiful planet, if we forget to allow ourselves to experience her nurturance and the part we each play in her vast web of life.
