Anniversary

Tomorrow, 22/08/25, marks the 23rd anniversary of the completion of the first ever crystal planting course from which Crystal Earthworks evolved. 

The project has come so far since those early days of inception and yet the wisdom shared during that initiatory phase is as relevant as ever. As we continue on our individual and collective paths through the beauty and challenges of the energy of 2025, I am continuing to work on ways to make all aspects of the Earth Healing work of Crystal Earthworks more readily available and easy for anyone interested to action.

Eternal gratitude goes to all present at that initial event, to all who have taken up the work since, and to those who continue or may come to action crystal planting and crystal meditation for the greater good of all.

Empowerment

Thank you to everyone who connected into last week's meditations, especially Thursday night's event for Global Peace and Healing.

In these times of great change and tumult, as the new astrological age of Aquarius dawns, and we are faced both personally and collectively with the many challenges that brings, it can be easy to loose sight of our innate ability to anchor peace, love and hope in our lives and those of others. Yet the potential for better times, positive solutions and collective transformation is always present, and we each have our own unique part to play in the healing of humanity, and our beautiful Earth Mother, at this time of great opportunity to move forward in a heart centred way.

For me, my journey with crystals over the last 25 years has blessed myself, and many others, with the tools for empowered action to bring about healing at personal, community and planetary levels. There is always a crystal that can be planted to the Earth, or given to another in need, or a meditation that can be ignited. It is beautiful work and I am only just beginning to recognise the enormity of what has and is continuing to be achieved by the small steps each of us, who have connected to working in this way, have actioned.

Continuing to go through pages of planting records in recent days,  I was reminded of the amazing energy and many blessings of crystals when I came across some notes I had made, in the summer of 2021, on a trip to Arran. The UK was in a heat wave at that time, similar to the one in recent days, and I was planting crystals to strengthen an area of peat moor, whose surface was so bone dry, the moss was literally crumbling in my fingers. The guidance I received, as I planted the moss agate to this particular site, and was that many of the strengthening crystals such as this one, as well as their mother set counterparts, would become increasingly important anchor points of healing Light as the planet continues to warm and habitats and environments in turn change and respond.

Several other types of crystals for habitat and environmental strengthening were planted on this same trip including ocean jasper a heart of which is shown below.

That is the beauty of working in this way there is always something that can be done, always an opportunity to make a positive difference.

Palestine Museum Planting

This beautiful tear shaped rose aura was planted next to the Palestine Museum in Edinburgh last Thursday 7/08/25, through midday. Programmed to veil heart connection to the Earth and all within its vicinity, it felt a very fitting placement for this new and important venue which gives a voice to the lands and people of Palestine.

This was our second visit in recent weeks and I now have a beautiful print of one of the art works on my work desk as a reminder of the importance of promoting peace and healing in our personal lives, our communities, and across the globe, and the many forms that that can take.

Lions Gate 2025

Our special mediation today 8/08/25, through midday BST, celebrates the beautiful energy of Lions Gate, when the sun and stars align to open up an energetic portal between worlds, providing a key opportunity for transformation and positive manifestation.

Todays event will use the crystal configuration shown below combining Preseli Bluestone, Pure Grace Hearts and angel aura programmed:

'To bring deeper spiritual and heart connection, the releasing of old ways and habits, and the manifestation of all that is truly desired for the greater good of all.’

Open to everyone, please feel welcome to join us from wherever you are based across the globe. 

To connect in, simply sit in peace in a quiet place through the allotted time. Let go of all your own worries and concerns, and then use the words and image of the crystals as a positive focus in meditation, positive thought, or prayer. The crystals will be ignited for ten minutes from 11.55am to 12.05pm BST. If you are in a different time zone, or unable to join in at the allotted time, please feel able to connect into the energy of the meditation at a time to suit you.

Every connection will empower the healing effect of the crystals at both a personal and planetary level.

Rose Quartz and Global Peace

Today’s meditation, for Global Peace, Healing and Heart Connection, through midday BST will use the beautiful heart shaped chunk of rose quartz shown below. Moved from its usual Thursday evening slot, for this week only, rose quartz always forms the basis of these Peace Meditations.

This beautiful inexpensive and widely occurring crystal can be used in so many ways to promote much needed peace at a personal, community and planetary level but wearing or carrying a piece and/or placing it to a sanctuary or alter space are simple ways of making use of its gentle yet powerful healing energies.

As we move through the build up to the peak of the energy of this years Lions Gate Portal, this Friday 8th August 2025, a key time in the astrological calendar for positive transformation, spiritual growth and connection, our weekly meditation programme has a few changes.

Thursday’s meditation for Peace, Healing and Heart Connection moves to this Tuesday, 5/08/25,  through Midday BST, Wednesday's Pure Grace Meditation remains the same, and there will be a special meditation through midday BST on Friday marking Lions Gate, details to follow.

Celebrating Lammas

Today marks the Celtic festival of Lammas, also known as Lughnasadh, celebrating the first harvest of the year, whilst also acknowledging and being of gratitude for all that’s been required to fulfil that harvest and all that now needs to fall away to make way for the new.

Our new allotment perhaps reflects these energies perfectly. As we reap the rewards of our energy investments into this space in recent months and the bounty the Earth has offered in return, the amethyst planted to grid the site in the spring continue to heal the land within, shedding the layers of the past to continue to allow the new to evolve.

This feels particularly potent at this particular site as the allotments are based on an old Prisoner of War Camp and are where the Nissan huts holding former SS officers were based.
