Our regular twice weekly Crystal Earth meditations, will resume on Tuesday 10/01/23, through 8pm GMT. In the meantime please feel free to connect to the global healing cairn, here at Old Nisthouse in Harray, Orkney. The cairn is currently programmed:
'To bring peace, healing, harmony and balance to the Earth and all her inhabitants.'
It can be used to send these energies out across the planet at any time by simply sitting in a quiet place, wherever you are based, letting go of all your own worries and concerns and then focusing on the words and image of the cairn in meditation, positive thought or prayer. Your focus may be for the world as a whole, or for a specific country, area or community, or for a named group of people, animals or plants. Each connection empowers the healing light of the cairn as well as veiling each person connecting to it with its beautiful energy.
