Helping All in Distress
The crystal cairn here at Old Nisthouse, Orkney is currently programmed to help all in distress across the globe. The cairn can be connected to at any time in meditation, positive thought or prayer by simply visualising the image of the cairn below and those you wish to help from where ever you are based across the globe. Your focus may be at a personal, community or planetary level and be people, animal, plant or Earth related.
