An Apology!

To all those of you who turned up to the talk in Scarborough last Thursday and were turned away please may I apologise. I was actually there all set up and waiting upstairs but the people downstairs didn't realise until quite a few of you had left! It was lovely to meet those who rang and came back later on and to be able to chat to those who rang the next day.

Topaz and Tanzine Aura Planting

The Crystal Earthworks is delighted to announce two new Global Aura Planting Projects today. Full details are given below and will be up on the website shortly. These crystals along with the Aqua Aura plantings feel to offer an exciting opportunity for us all to connect to new positive energies and begin to work together in greater harmony to help heal ourselves and return our beautiful yet energy challenged planet to her true harmonious state of being. I hope if you are reading this today you feel drawn to take part in this special work and I would like to take this opportunity to say a personal thank you to Jennifer Anne Mole who has been such an inspiration and worked so hard in enabling these projects to come to fruition.

Global Tanzine Aura Planting

The seeds for this project were first sown in the summer of 2007. Its aim is to plant Tanzine Aura crystals across the globe to facilitate spiritual connection and alignment with particular reference to the Creative Arts. Suitable sites for planting include Art Institutions, Art Galleries, Sculpture Parks, Museums, Art Dance and Music Colleges, Concert Halls, Opera Houses, Theatres, Cinemas and Community Centres of Multiple Usage. Places where beauty is created and creativity celebrated.


Global Topaz Aura Planting

The seeds for this project were first sown in the summer of 2007 alongside the Global Tanzine Aura project. the aim of this work is to plant Topaz Aura crystals to facilitate spiritual connection and alignment with particular reference to places of wisdom, learning and decision making. Suitable sites include Universities, Government and Parliamentary Buildings, Libraries, Courts, Places of Learning and Training, Hospitals, Care Homes, Research Laboratories, Publishers, Television and Radio Studios, Businesses, Banks and Key Institutions e.g. NASA, Greenpeace, Amnesty International, National Trust.

Crystals for both these projects and the Global Aqua Aura Planting project(please see website for further details of this project) are specially programmed in a high energy environment and on placing to the earth will add to a growing matrix of new energies being imbued to the planet as we move towards the astrological age of Aquarius.

Update on Whales

The Crystal Earthworks held its third meditation last night to help the whales currently being hunted in the waters of Antarctica and the Western North Pacific. Thank you to all those who joined in to help these beautiful animals and please spread the word about what we are doing as the more people who connect into each meditation the more powerful the effect. The fourth and fifth meditations will be on the 22nd of February and March respectively 2008 to cover the whole of the hunting period.

Here are some experiences from last nights meditation :

'There was a beautiful image of pods of whales being held in gently swirling shades of colour and light and a feeling of great peace being veiled to those animals who had lost family or pod members. At one stage I saw the Greenpeace ship Esperanza, currently out in the area working to peacefully avert the hunting and I had a real sense of travelling along with this, which felt very special.'

Aura Plantings

Programmed tanzine and topaz aura crystals were planted in North Yorkshire, England this week. The former to a community centre and the latter to a library. This is part of the foundation work for two new community planting projects shortly to be announced.

The aqua aura crystal planting project is going from strength to strength - thank you to all those who have contributed to this and who have sent in such wonderful feedback about planting these crystals and using the personal aqua aura crystals for carrying and meditation. Sharing crystal planting experiences is always a joy and this description was sent in towards the end of Autumn last year by a connection in Scotland who had visited The Glass House Mountains in Australia and planted an aqua aura there for the project - very inspiring!

'I planted the aqua aura on Tuesday 23rd October in the Glasshouse Mountains in Queensland, at the foot of one of the mountains called Ngun Ngun (an aboriginal name). The area is stunningly beautiful with an amazingly wide variety of tropical and sub-tropical vegetation, ranging from eucalyptus to frangipani. The area is also home to a huge range of wildlife including the wonderful parrots, eagles and the gecko, echidna, and the goanna (one of which came to introduce itself to me shortly before I planted the Crystal!).

The mountains are very close to the sea and the mountains themselves are "volcanic plugs" which have remained when all the other surrounding land was eroded 1,000's of years ago. As a result, the rather unusual-shaped mountains create a lunar-type scene which is incredibly atmospheric.'

Latest Crystal Plantings

Reports received of Planting for Peace to a house in Hebden Bridge West Yorkshire and planting for positive change to a small hamlet on the North Yorkshire Moors this week. Planting for Peace uses rose quartz crystals and just as it is safe for anyone to wear or carry rose quartz, any site can be planted for peace using this configuration. An explanatory leaflet and accompanying programmed crystals are available via mail order from the Crystal Earthworks website. Planting for Positive Change uses amethyst crystals and can be used to any wasteland site, area that is run down or to buildings that are derelict. The crystals help to absorb and redirect earthward any negative energy held to such areas and draw in positive energy for regeneration.

Meditation Update

The Meditation to send peace and healing to the people of Kenya (see last weeks posting) was repeated on Monday night as part of the regular Crystal Earth meditation programme. This beautiful part of our globe and her people still face unsettled and challenging times and a further repeat of this meditation will be held on Thursday 10th of January through 8pm.

Tonight's meditation at the Peace Sanctuary, Ripponden, UK is

'To bring peace and protection to children in orphanages.'

Crystal Planting Records - Update

It was lovely to receive crystal planting records this week in and amongst the New year celebrations - a big thank you to those of you who were in touch! Received confirmation of planting for peace and aqua aura planting to the Peace Gardens in Manchester city centre, UK in early November and also tanzine aura placed to city art gallery in Liverpool, UK this week. Further details of how to begin to plant crystals are available on the projects website - I also hope to provide some direct links from the blog to The Crystal Earthworks crystal planting leaflets shortly - just need a further IT lesson! The leaflets and accompanying crystals are currently available by mail order from the website.

To finish, it snowed on Thursday- first real snowfall of the winter here - the North Yorkshire moors looked really beautiful and we all had great fun sledging!

Meditation for the People Of Kenya

It feels very sad to see the images and hear of the unsettling events that have occured in Kenya in recent days as a result of political unrest. There will be a Crystal Earth Meditation tonight for the people of this beautiful country through 8pm GMT. The focus will be:

'To send peace and healing to the people of Kenya.'

The meditation will use rose quartz and celestite crystals. Rose quartz is a bringer of peace and celestite is for angelic connection. Wishing every one a happy New Year and hoping that our beautiful Mother Earth and all her inhabitants will experience greater peace in 2008.

Thank you to all those who connected in for the meditation for the people of Pakistan. I felt an amazing, sense of peace touch the very earth of this country during the meditation. It was as if the land and her inhabitants all breathed a momentary sigh of relief from the challenges facing them and I felt very humbled to have the opportunity to work in this way.

The potential healing that such crystal meditations offer is great and although meditating directly with crystals to send help requires experience and regular meditation practise, an image of rose quartz can be used by anyone, anywhere to focus on peace for them selves or for others in need. I hope you feel drawn to using an image of rose quartz in this way or joining in with the projects regular Crystal Earth Meditations, that each and every one of us may contribute to building greater peace for all through out 2008.

Its been a quieter week for records this week with many people being away on Christmas and New Year breaks. Meditation for Whales

Latest Crystal Plantings

Records have come in for crystal planting in Aberdeen and the Cairngorms - Scotland and for North Yorkshire and London - England over the last two weeks. Most of this work has been preparatory planting for new global projects to be launched in the New Year in connection with water using selenite, aqua aura and amethyst crystals and for two new aura projects using topaz and tanzine aura crystals also to be launched in January.


I had a very wintry trip yesterday in connection with the work for water, crystal planting the source of the river Esk in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, England. It was a beautiful sunny day, yet bitterly cold and the tops and shaded hollows were very frosty and icy making for interesting driving at times! The chosen planting spot had a beautiful old Scots pine next to a small tributary with a waterfall and I sat in the sun leaning against the tree afterwards breathing in the clear crisp air and feeling the purity of the crystals radiating out to the connected valleys beyond. It was a very lovely way to spend a winters afternoon and the whole of the catchment area for the Esk felt much clearer in energy terms as I was driving back across the moor tops.

Christmas Market

Crystal Earthworks is having a stall at the Esk Valley Enterprises Christmas Market in Danby Village Hall tomorrow Sunday 9th December from 10 - 4pm. Entrance is free and there will be a wide range of gifts for sale and refreshments. If you are in the North Yorkshire Moors area in the UK this weekend you might like to come along and say hello! Seal Pup Sandsend

Just to let you know that the seal pup seen stranded at Sandsend on Sunday was no longer there on Monday evening when my young daughters insisted we went to check on its progress! It was dark when we got there so difficult to search further than the slipway where it had been resting but hopefully it has been able to return to the sea or found a less vulnerable waiting place - I will add an update if there is any further news.

Meditation For Whales

On a more local note yet connected to marine life a further meditation to send healing for shock was held last night for a seal pup which had been stranded on the slip way at Sandsend, North Yorkshire, England in huge seas. The pup looked well, just a little tired but The Sea Life centre at Scarborough who rescue seals along the North Yorkshire coast was alerted just in case.

Trip to York and Aura Plantings

Its been a quieter week for records this week, however I had a fruitful trip to York yesterday on behalf of the project to visit potential teaching venues and also did some crystal planting in the vicinity of York Minster. This work included the planting of a specially programmed aqua aura as apart of the Community Aqua Aura planting project. (Please visit website for further details of this project). I went in the Minster afterwards and it felt to be such a haven of peace and tranquility after the hustle and bustle of the city - a special and very beautiful place indeed.

A specially programmed tanzine aura was also planted in the vicinity of Duff house in Banff, Scotland yesterday - this was part of the preliminary work for two new aura planting projects to be launched in January 2008.

The project is working with aqua, tanzine and topaz aura crystals at the moment - they are all so beautiful and feel to hold key energies for our planet and her inhabitants at this time as we move from the astrological age of Pisces into Aquarius and face the energetic challenges that brings.

Latest news

It has been a productive week for the Crystal Earthworks with a meditation to send peace and alignment to children at the Peace Sanctuary in Ripponden West Yorkshire, England last Wednesday ( Crystal Earth Meditations take place on the second Wednesday of each month from this location - please see the projects website - meditation page for further details), crystal planting work has been taking place in North Yorkshire, Poland and London and records have been received for the planting of further Rose Hearts of Light to coastal waters in Scotland and the south of England.

In connection with the planting work for Coastal Waters of the United Kingdom and Ireland, the following inspiring record was sent in for Plymouth Harbour12th October 2007 10.35am:

'I put one in the harbour area at Plymouth. I was waiting for the ferry and this was my only opportunity. I was worried that it was not an ideal place. I felt to throw it gently into the reflection of the sun on the surface of the water. There was a series of concentric circles which expanded until they reached land, Usually the ripples form a series of hearts, so this surprised me. Then, the water became still and a heart shape, at least a metre across, composed of circular bubbles each the size of a 2 pound coin, formed in the place where the sun had been and the heart had been placed. Next, all the bubbles faded,at the same time and the water became smooth and still and it was amazing!'
