With Venus in retrograde, and our regular Tuesday meditation, tonight, 1/08/23, coinciding with a super full moon, we offer the opportunity to take the time to focus on gratitude for all the good things in our lives and release all that no longer serves us and those around us.

Simply hold the energies of gratitude and forgiveness in your heart and visualise the beautiful crystal configuration shown below, comprised of pink amethyst to the centre, four Pure Grace Hearts, four moonstone and eight angel aura.
