As the war in Ukraine enters its second week our regular Thursday meditation tonight, 3/03/22, through 8pm GMT, again focuses on sending peace, strength and heart connection to the area - full details in our 1st of March post.
The rose quartz global healing cairn, here in Orkney, also remains programmed to send peace, strength and positive connections to the lands and people of Ukraine and can be connected to at any time, from wherever you are based, in meditation, positive thought or prayer.
To join in, simply sit in peace, in a quiet place. Let go of all your own worries and concerns, and then use the words of the programming and image of the cairn as a positive focus. Each and every connection empowers its healing effect.
Yesterday four beautiful unakite crystals were also added to the cairn to further enhance the growing global unity of response in support of the Ukrainian people.
