The focus for tonight's meditation is:
'To strengthen the planetary body of the Earth at this time of great flux and change.'
This meditation will use a Pure Grace Heart (flow) combined with four ocean jasper (oceanic healing) and four dog tooth calcite (earth healing) as shown below.
All are welcome to connect in from where ever you are based.
Simply sit in peace, in a quiet place, through the allotted time. Let go of all your own worries and concerns, and then use the words and image of the crystals as a positive focus in meditation, positive thought or prayer.
