Crystal Earth Meditations

Given the current challenges facing many at this time, we will be holding Crystal Earth Meditations twice weekly from this week, on a Monday and Thursday evenings through 8pm GMT. The focus for each Monday meditation will vary, whilst on Thursdays we will continue with our theme of sending peace and healing to the Earth and her inhabitants. These meditations are open to all, and the more people who connect the more powerful their healing effect.
The focus for tonight through 8pm GMT is:

'To strengthen the immunity of the Earth and her inhabitants, and bring greater harmony and balance to all.'

This meditation will use the beautiful combination of a Pure Grace Heart, labradorite and chryoprase as shown below.
To join us, simply sit in peace, in a quiet place, through the allotted time. Let go of all your own worries and concerns, and then use the words and image of the crystals as a positive focus in meditation, positive thought or prayer.
