Meditation Tonight for Syria

The focus for tonight's meditation is in light of the recent reports regarding civilians caught up in the fighting in Syria, some of whom have starved to death for lack of basic supplies: 

'To send peace, strength and positive connections to all those trapped in Syria without food, clean water and medical supplies'

This meditation will use a combination of a Pure Grace Heart, chrysocolla, rose quartz and celestite.Please use the image below as a positive focus.
